Have you noticed changes in your memory and/or physical ability, or in a loved one’s memory and/or physical ability? Has Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia touched your family?

Join us for a FREE informational forum to learn about the natural process of aging, and how it impacts our brain and physical function. We’ll also discuss how conditions like Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia effect safety, independence, and general day-to-day functioning, and you’ll discover strategies to help improve quality of life, so aging safely in place (ASIP) is possible.

You will hear from caring experts in the field, including a Saratoga Hospital Medical Group physician, the ASIP team from the Regional Therapy Center, a geriatric clinical adviser from Saratoga Hospital, and a representative from the Alzheimer’s Association.
